NDT and Testing

We have on-site NDT facilities with inspectors qualified to perform non-destructive testing of wrought products. Inspection is carried out by Level II inspectors certified to PCN, NAVSEA and ASNT SNT-TC-1A. We can also inspect to BAE, Aker and Babcock approved procedures.

• NDT processes available:
  • Ultrasonic examinations
  • Magnetic particle examination
  • Dye penetrant testing

As well as NDT, we also offer both Rockwell and Brinell hardness testing in line with your specification requirements. We have both portable and static Brinell testing machines to give us further flexibility and all testing machines are calibrated to industry standards.

We also work closely with local and international test houses in order to offer the full range of testing services. All testing is carried out at NADCAP or ISO 17025 accredited laboratories and we can offer third party and customer witness on testing.
