The Role:

 

To support the commercial team in all aspects of the business – Insides Sales, Customer Services and Sales Administration.  This position will grow over time for the right candidate, developing to key account management for the Business.

 

Main Duties:

 

  • Deal with enquiries and provide accurate quotations
  • Building Job Costings
  • Account Relationship Management
  • Process orders and track progress
  • Liaise with internal & external departments as well as updating clients on progress of orders 
  • Generate new and repeat business and follow up on leads
  • Develop/maintain relationships with key customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Promote the company’s products
  • Provide reports as and when required
  • Assistance in resolution of customer complaints

  • Ideally Educated to HNC/D or Degree Level but not essential

Hours of Work

 

  • Mon – Friday 9am to 5pm (1hour lunch)
